Everton set to offer Lucas Digne new contract

Everton are reportedly lining up a new deal for first-choice left-back Lucas Digne, according to the Mail.

The 26-year-old, who joined the Merseyside outfit in 2018 from Barcelona, has contributed one goal and four assists across all competitions.

The Frenchman has established himself as the club’s first-choice left-back and was the subject of interest from Premier League rivals Tottenham Hotspur last summer.

Despite Marco Silva’ side struggle this season, the Toffees are looking to secure Digne’s future. This comes after Richarlison was rewarded with a new deal earlier this week.
