French youngster on Crystal Palace radar?

Crystal Palace are weighing up a January move for 18-year-old promising Angers defender Rayan Ait-Nouri.

The teenager, who is managed by super-agent Jorge Mendes, has made 15 appearances already this season for the Ligue 1 outfit who are currently eighth in the table.

The France Under-21 international’s current deal with Ligue 1 club runs until 2021 and L’Equipe claims that his amazing performances have attracted interest from both Premier League and La Liga.

It is believed that the Frenchman would cost somewhere in the region of £25 million given the length of his contract and his excellent talent.

Palace head-coach Roy Hodgson has openly spoken about wanting four or five reinforcements in the January transfer window and he has already added Cenk Tosun from Everton on loan.
