Manchester United still interested in Erling Braut Haaland?

Manchester United are reportedly remain interested in their efforts to sign Erling Braut Haaland despite missing out on a deal for the teenager during the January transfer window.

The Red Devils were regarded as the favourites to sign Haaland from Red Bull Salzburg in January, but the Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund instead completed a £17m deal for the 19-year-old striker.

According to The Evening Standard, the Norway international is still on Man United’s radar as manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer ‘remains a firm admirer’ of the youngster.

Haaland allegedly has a release clause of £50m in his current deal at Signal Iduna Park.

The Norwegian has been in stunning form since joining Dortmund, contributing 12 goals in 11 appearances, while the forward has also scored 10 Champions League goals this term.
