Timothy Castagne joins Leicester City on five-year contract

Leicester City have announced the signing of Belgium international Timothy Castagne from Atalanta on a five-year contract.

The Foxes have paid an undisclosed fee reported to be worth £21.5m subject to Premier League and international clearance.

The full-back made 96 appearances for Atalanta after joining the Italian outfit from Genk in 2017 and helped the club reach the Champions League quarter-finals last season.

Leicester City to begin their new Premier League season against West Bromwich Albion on September 13.
