West Ham United want Nathaniel Phillips?

West Ham United have emerged as rumoured suitors for Liverpool centre-back Nathaniel Phillips.

The 24-year-old starred as the Reds defeated AC Milan in the Champions League on Tuesday night, which represented his first start of the season.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp will give consideration to an exit for the Englishman at the midway point of the campaign.

According to the Evening Standard, West Ham United are lining up a swoop for the centre-back as they look to replace the injured Angelo Ogbonna and Kurt Zouma.

The Hammers currently sit in the fourth position but seven points adrift of the Merseyside giants.

Phillips, who possesses a contract until the end of the 2025-26 campaign, has previously been valued by the Reds in the region of £15m.
