Bayern Munich are said to be interested in acquiring Barcelona prospect Ansu Fati with a €50 million market value.

According to Mundo Deportivo, the Bundesliga champions have set their sights on the 20-year-old forward, valued at €50 million.

The Spain international joined the renowned La Masia academy of Barcelona over ten years ago and quickly progressed through the ranks. In August of 2019, he made his debut for the Blaugrana as the second-youngest player, and it was then that comparisons with Lionel Messi began.

Julian Nagelsmann’s side currently have four top-notch wide attackers following Sadio Mane’s arrival. The Senegalese has joined Leroy Sane, Serge Gnabry, and Kingsley Coman in the Bavarians’ lineup.

Nevertheless, Bayern Munich are still eager to acquire another attacker during the upcoming summer transfer window.

However, it is not stated in the report if Bayern are making preparations to acquire the Barcelona attacker. In addition, the Spaniard is a target for several Premier League clubs.

Manchester United, Arsenal, and Tottenham Hotspur are among Fati’s prospective suitors. But it remains uncertain if the youngster even wants to leave Camp Nou anytime soon.
