AS Roma firmly in the mix for Sergino Dest?

The Italian outfit AS Roma are reportedly in the hunt to sign Barcelona right-back Sergino Dest this summer.

The 21-year-old has been forced to compete with Dani Alves for the right-back spot since January, and the Brazilian could be set to remain at Camp Nou for one more season.

Furthermore, with the Catalan giants also thought to be considering a move for Noussair Mazraoui, Dest’s future in Spain has been called into question recently.

Ajax and Chelsea have both been linked with a move for the American, and Corriere dello Sport claims that Giallorossi have also joined the race for his services.

Dest, who is contracted to the Blaugrana until 2025, has contributed three goals and four assists in 67 appearances for the La Liga giants across all competitions.
